Mike Tyson could have gone to WWE!

It seems that the current focus of Vince Mcmahon, after his return, is directed exclusively to the possible sale of WWE. Vince returned to the company last month, but has so far stayed away from the creative side and is looking for buyers for WWE.

According to the latest rumors, the Stamford federation could be sold within the first half of 2023. Stephanie McMahon resigned to general amazement, while her husband Triple H remained at the head of the creative team. Shawn Michaels is taking care of the management of NXT, valuing young talents and always offering shows of the highest quality.

“Has the return of Vince McMahon impacted NXT? Absolutely not. Guess Vince's on to bigger fish. I don't ask many questions because I don't want to know the answer to some of them." Throughout the history of WWE, Mike Tyson has been called to the rings several times by different pro-wrestling companies, two above all the McMahons' WWE and the Khan family's AEW.

In WWE, Tyson was also a key figure at WrestleMania 14, when he punched Shawn Michaels in the face, immediately knocking him out.

Mike Tyson and the WWE

Apparently, according to some insiders, WWE had a match in store for Tyson in the company's rings, which JR excluded, in the latest episode of his Grilling JR.

The WWE Hall of Famer, who was a top executive at the time, in his role as talent relations executive, said: "The real thing that closes this whole story is that we have never considered the idea of making Mike fight. You can't put a brutal athlete like him in without training him in a ring with a guy who pulls the company and has a bad neck.

You just don't, it's a risk and an ominous scenario that's too disproportionate. Mike has never been considered, at least as far as I know."
